The hidden library has caused controversy in recent weeks so let’s dig into what the hidden library is and why there is one.

Tomorrow – Picture: Netflix The first confirmed Spring K-drama coming to Netflix in April 2022 (originally expected in late March) is the MBC action-drama Tomorrow. We’re keeping track of everything you need to know about Tomorrow, including the plot, cast, trailers, and the episode release schedule. Tomorrow is an upcoming internationally licensed South Korean Netflix Original series, directed by Kim Tae Yoon. The series is an adaptation of the South Korean webtoon of the same by author Llama.

Two popular and beloved Netflix Original k-dramas will be leaving the service in March 2023, A Korean Odyssey and Live. In an effort to increase the number of Korean shows on Netflix, shows like A Korean Odyssey and Live were phenomenal additions to the library. Both k-dramas were from the first batch of fantastic new content from the cable network tvN and helped to pave the way for future dramas on the service.

In an effort to expand its library of feature film thrillers, Netflix is teaming up with producer and screenwriter Steve Kloves to produce Northern Spy, an adaptation of Flynn Berry’s bestselling novel of the same name.  The script for Netflix’s Northern Spy will be written by Steve Kloves himself, who was one of the original screenwriters for the Harry Potter films. Kloves was also nominated for an Oscar for his screenplay for Wonder Boys.

Picture courtesy of Netflix Netflix has just announced that it’s ordered and put into production a new action thriller called Ad Vitam, which translates to To Life in English.  Rodolphe Lauga (La Vie Scolaire) helms the new action thriller, which is written by Guillaume Canet and Rodolphe Lauga in association with David Corona (screenwriter of Mon Roi). The movie is being produced under the production banner of La Cabanes Production and Jean Cottin (Valiant Hearts and Turning Tides).

The First Temptation of Christ – Picture: Porta dos Fundos The Portuguese comedy special from Porta dos Fundos which arrived on Netflix a couple of years ago seemingly is set to depart the service after not even two years. The comedy special is perhaps one of the most controversial releases in Netflix’s history. It comes from a comedy troupe Porta dos Fundos who are similar to the likes of Monty Python, The Lonely Island, or Aunty Donna.
